At the end if the 80's Boutaris Group enforced the local community by building a winery in the region of Goumenissa which had the latest technology applied.The Boutaris Goumenissa winery is 19km from Gianitsa and 20km from the archeological site of Pellas as well as 55km from Vergina.Here the Boutaris Group produces the Goumenissa Boutari ,Cava Boutari ,Sauvignon Blanc Boutari and of course the Filiria.
